DMCA POLICY

Trivia Quizz (https://triviaquizz.com/) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and any other applicable laws.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at the address below. Your notice must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list.

  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Review the claim promptly.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the notice meets the requirements of the DMCA.
  • Make a good faith effort to notify the party responsible for the removed content, if applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Trivia Quizz may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

Repeat Infringers

Trivia Quizz reserves the right to terminate access for users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
